Two ways to sign up to be a member of The Burlington Historical society.
ONLINE : You can use the Online Membership Form below and pay by credit card or debit card. You can use this form to renew your membership as well.
MANUAL FORM: Alternatively, you can use our PDF membership form and pay by way of e-transfer or cash at our next meeting. If you choose this method you will need to print off the form and either bring it to a meeting or send it in seperately.
