BHS Dedicates Spencer Smith Plaque

The Burlington Historical Society, the Burlington Horticultural Society, and the City of Burlington gathered for the dedication of a plaque to honour Spencer Smith (1870 - 1955) after whom the City's waterfront park is named after.
