About the event
Our September speaker is Andrew Cirtwill.
Andrew has been the Interpretive Leader at Bronte Creek Provincial Park for the past 18 seasons. In this role he acts as the special event coordinator and museum curator for the park's living history farm – Spruce Lane Farm.
His topic will be Life in the Old Days on the Spruce Lane Farmhouse
The Spruce Lane Farm aims to show visitors what life was like around the year 1900, and is only one of many farms that existed in Bronte Creek but represents the overall story of prosperity and decline of the farms of the area and the creation of Bronte Creek Provincial Park.
